Senior Vice President of Operations

Mr. Payne's experience in the field of engineering and construction spans over 28 years of increasing responsibility. He currently is Senior Vice President of Operations for Louis Perry & Associates. Prior to this position, he was a Project Director and Director of Engineering where he controlled engineering and construction from project inception and proposal through construction.

Mr. Payne has 19 years of hands-on Civil/Structural Engineering experience including, management of LPA's Civil/Structural Engineering Departments. In this position, he managed engineers, designers and draftsmen executing civil site designs, structural engineering designs, drawings and specifications.

Mr. Payne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Akron and is a registered Professional Engineer in over 20 states.
